| Warranty: In
Store Purchases |
| All product comes with a 1 year
in-store limited warranty. If product proves to be defective
within the warranty period it will exchanged or a store
credit will be given for an amount equal to that amount of
the original purchase. Product must be free of physical
damage or any other abuse occurring due to misuse or
improper handling. |
| Some items may have an extended
manufacturer's warranty. A "manufacturer's warranty" is
handled between the manufacturer and the customer. Items
sold as close-out, discontinued or On-Sale, may have a
shorter warranty life and will be marked as such. |
| All new systems come with a
One Year Parts and Labor Warranty. |
| Every effort will be made to
expedite the repair of a new system, however, in some cases
the system may be kept an extended period of time. Warranty
work is covered In-House and it is the customer's
responsibility to bring the system to and from the Store
where the System was purchased. Warranty work On-Site will
be charged a fee of $59.00 per hour. |

Returns and Exchanges: |
| All Returns have a 6 month
window. Customer may return any product anytime within the 6
month window, for any reason, provided the product is
in New condition. Product must have it's original packaging
in saleable condition. If the product is defective refer to
the warranty above. |
| Product must be free of
physical damage or any other abuse occurring due to misuse
or improper handling. Special Order items and Custom
Built systems are the exception and may not be returned or
exchanged. |

Refunds: |
|
Refunds gladly given within 60 days of the
original purchase. To qualify, Product must be in the same
condition, when the item was purchased. Item must be
packaged in original condition. Product must be free of
physical damage or any other abuse due to misuse of improper
handling. |

There are NO REFUNDS for
custom built systems or special order items.
