Price, specification, availability,
and terms are subject to change without notice. iKOR Design.com is not
responsible for errors in typography and/or photography and reserves the right
to supply an equivalent part to complete an order.

Pricewatch.com customers please note: iKOR
Design.com honors all pricewatch.com prices on its website. If price varies,
please contact us by phone or e-mail prior to making a purchase.
At times, the final shipping charge for your order
might differ from the approximated charge listed on pricewatch.com. In such
instances make sure to check weather the listing is for quantity purchases.
Also, though we try to stay consistent, certain zip codes carry significantly
higher shipping charges.

iKOR Design.com we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
IMPORTANT: Orders can only be
shipped to the same address as the "Bill To" address for the credit card
statement. All orders require that the name in which the order is placed under
exactly matches the name on the credit card used for payment and the "Ship To"
address on the order exactly matches the address the cardholder’s credit card
statement is mailed to. Any missing or inaccurate information will delay the
processing of your order.

delays by the shipping company.

iKOR Design.com may offer FREE SHIPPING on
certain items. If a return should take place on a FREE SHIPPING item(s), the
customer will be charged for the actual shipping costs, a minimum of $6.

FREE SHIPPING items may be
shipped via Airborne Express, FedEx, UPS or USPS (First Class or Priority).

iKOR Design.com reserves the right to substitute
the selected shipping carrier/method with an equivalent shipping
carrier/method.

Estimated carrier shipping time
does not include our order processing time. For example: 2nd Day Air
packages may take 3 days to be delivered to their destination.
Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within one to two business days,
provided the items are in stock and there are no problems or delays with the
payment processing.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping within our residing state,
Illinois. All
orders shipping within Illinois will be charged the applicable sales tax
according to your county.
Technical Assistance
Please contact the original manufacturer for technical assistance. iKOR
Design.com does not provide technical support.
Warantee
All items listed on iKOR Design.com, unless
otherwise mentioned, carry a standard manufacturer's warrantee.
Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any
product delivered from iKOR Design.com, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by
the terms and conditions listed here. You and iKOR Design.com agree that the
terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction
between Customer and iKOR Design.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify
or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a
material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In
addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without
prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions
carefully before you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from
iKOR Design.com.
iKOR Design is not responsible for any damage to
parts or injury to person or property as a result of using our products or as
a result of a defective product(s).
Return Policy
Customer is solely responsible
for shipping back any product. Customer agrees to use only reputable
carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire
value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk
of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all
returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will
include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and
other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned
product is missing, iKOR Design.com's Return Procedure will be breached and iKOR
Design.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional
charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

All returns must happen within 14 days from the
date of receiving the product(s). No returns/refunds after 14 days.

CPU and memory must be returned within 7 days from
the date of receipt.

Due to manufacturer policy, all software, Retail
Boxed Processors, Notebooks, and Blank Media products are not returnable.

All items are carefully inspected
and tested upon return.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all
returns for refund and non-defective items shipped back to iKOR Design.com.
Shipping charges are non refundable.

Failed deliveries by reason of
customer's absence at requested shipping address will result in a surcharge if
reshipped. Failed deliveries will not qualify for a full refund.
If you believe that the product you received is defective you must
first obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before returning the product(s).
This could be done by logging into our website and completing a RETURN form. After receiving your RMA number
via email, pack the defective item(s) including all the original packaging and
supplementing materials such as cables, manuals, and drivers. Also include a
copy of the the RMA Return Request
Confirmation. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of shipping items
back to us.

Products must be returned within 14
days from the issuing date of the RMA#.

All RMA items returned to our
warehouse after 14 days from the issuing date of the RMA will be refused and
shipped back at customers expense.
iKOR Design.com is NOT responsible
for any packages lost or products damaged during transit by the shipping
company. Damaged items are not eligible for warranty or money back guarantee.
All static sensitive electronic parts should be wrapped in anti-static plastic
bags and shock-resistant bubble-wrap. Some cushioning material should be present
between the item and the walls of the box.

Products shipped back to iKOR
Design.com without a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number will be
rejected and returned back at Customer's expense. By placing an order with iKOR
Design you indicate that you already read this return policy and agree with it.
